1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your wall art item must be in its original, unused, unwashed condition and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Items that do not meet our eligibility conditions (such as used, damaged due to customer misuse, or missing original packaging) will not be eligible for a refund or exchange and will not be returned to the sender.

3. Return Address

All approved returns must be shipped to our designated facility in the United States. Please send your items to our operational headquarters:

4. Shipping Fees & Restocking Fees

• Defective or Incorrect Items: If the wall art piece you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, Formaprint will cover the full cost of return shipping.
• Change of Mind: If you wish to return an item due to personal preference (e.g., style, size, or change of heart), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees (0% restocking fee) on eligible returns.

5. Refund Process & Processing Time

1. Please contact us at support@formaprint.store to initiate your return request and receive instructions.
2. Once we receive and inspect your returned wall art item, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method (minus the original shipping cost, if applicable).
3. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
