1. How to Track Your Order

The moment your wall art order is processed and dispatched from our fulfillment center, we will send an automated email notification containing your unique tracking link.

• Tip: Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier's system to update with live transit information once you receive your tracking number.
• For tracking assistance or if you haven't received your tracking link, please email us at support@formaprint.store.

2. Understanding Your Delivery Timeline

Our total delivery time is calculated using our standard fulfillment formula:

• Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time
• Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after our daily cut-off time of 5:00 PM (EST) are processed on the next business day.
• Transit Time: 5–10 business days (Monday–Friday) as your items travel to your doorstep.

3. Order Modifications & Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate during checkout. Once an order has been dispatched from our facility, we are unfortunately unable to redirect packages or alter the shipping address.
